I will admit I haven't been too consisent, I was pretty sick with a cold like 3 weeks ago where i just stayed home for a week, mostly ate snacks and was bedridden for like 4ish days before feeling a lil better.
Last week i did get some lean beef and made enough meals for the week that were good! I've also been doing stretching and some cardio. I dont really like working out but i could try short follow along videos.
I made some bbq chicken yesterday and ill probably have pizza today. Im thibking chicken tacos for monday - wednesday and maybe chicken parm thursday-friday.
Its nice that God is giving you a lot of meals, aside from that how has you and your fanily been? I love you too hope you stay safe! ❤️
Floral Mommy ® @wei_ying It's alright, life gets in the way, especially with you being sick for a bit, I see why you wouldn't really think to keep up with it at the time. I'm glad you were able to rest while sick though, I hope you had a good soup or something to eat. I hope you are able to keep up with those simple follow alongs, I've been thinking about losing weight for awhile recently, but I'm nervous for some reason lol. Ohhh~ all of that sounds delicious! I love chicken. And the family and I are doing well, thank you! We just got back from a movie today, we went to see Cars in theater with our 8 year old neighbor friend, it was fun and we had a great time.
BAU @joemama711 I shouldve had some soup but honestly i mostly just craved salty snacks while having no energy. So far i have been pretty consisent with stretxhing and it helps a lot. If you wanna lose weight you could try walking a bit more with like a treadmill or jump rope. I like chicken it just takes a lot of work, Originql Cars and Cars 2 is great. Im glqd you all had fun!

I heard sometimes your body craves/wants specific flavors or foods when it's lacking something, of course not saying that's what it was, but you never know. That's good to hear, I'm glad it's been helping you out. You're going to be able to do the splits in no time XD, you gotta show me when you get there. The taste of a good chicken meal pays off though, it's so good!

Brining chicken is a must in my opinion! Also poking it with a fork beforr you marinade it helps flavor get in and tenderizes it.
Floral Mommy ® @wei_ying That's impressive! Anything split that has involves me going sideways is not my friend XD, I have stiff hips I believe, I often feel it but I can never get them unstuck lol. I don't think I've ever brined a chicken before, I should see how it compares to just cooking it as usual.

They have helped get rid of my back ache due to stiff hips.
Ill post it on your wall and bring chicken makes it really juicy even after reheating ill see if i can find a good video for you

Floral Mommy ® @wei_ying Yeah, everyone is doing well, thank you for asking. We just finished eating dinner (tacos, nachos and burritos) and now I'm chillin' outside with my twin. Yeah, I remember when our mom first switched our family to plant based meals years ago when we were younger, it was hard, but overtime I've come to be thankful for the switch - cause while I still enjoy meats and stuff, I also don't mind eating healthier things too, it's a balance that pays off! I'm rambling now, but essentially I'm saying: I believe you can make this lifestyle change work! Just remember time and patience. ❤️

Honestly im so tired and this heat is overbearingly bad. I'm sutviving at the bare mimmium but I am planning on prepping a lot more food, cutting down my expenses and hopefully cutting down a lot of my credit card debt while REFUSING overtime because fuck overtime.
Ive been making pizza, boneless wings and tikkia masla and other food at home in healthier ways as well. Im gonna buy some lentils, cook them and some beans up with some veggies.

Floral Mommy ® @wei_ying Those are both great things, I’m glad you are okay. And I’m doing well over here. We still don’t have much food in the fridge or cabinets, but our neighbors randomly keep giving us stuff and God keeps providing money. So I’d say I’m doing well, thank you for asking ^^.

Thought I'd give yall an update since I don't normally do. Some may know, some may not.. but I've been homeless for the past 3 months just about, but... it hasn't all been bad for me. Getting out, and really bucking up, getting things done in life, it's felt nice. Not the homeless part LOL, but the progress I've made. I've been staying at a shelter, and during my time here, I've gotten some experience working in construction, I've gotten my diploma, and now I'm even going to college, starting June 15th. Ya boy is going into marine biology, (Jotaro was literally my inspiration, not even kidding) studyin fish an shit. Imagine that. And for those asking.. No, I didn't take student loans. Being homeless, I'm actually eligible for grants, and also getting a scholarship reward on account of my ahem... more than adequate GED scores. From homeless, straight to success in one big step. For once in my life I'm feeling like I'm actually doing something.
