I used this to brine chicken,
1 tablespoon for 2 cups of water for 1 lb of chicken up to 2 hours then you can pat the chicken dry and season it.
I also learned awhile back that Dijon mustard or mayo helps the seasonings stick more to the chicken and browns it better.
Chicken breast pull at 150 and cooked at 155, thigh tastes better at 185 i think.
BAU @joemama711 I also just put it in ziplock bags or you could put it in a meat container.
