The baddest bitch @joemama711 You have my attention now xD. I've only been able to eat fish if something acidic cancels out the fishyness or if it's been soaked in milk.

Depresso Sunset @verucassault When I make jambalaya, I usually use smoked sausage because it's hard to find a really good andouille sausage. Sear the snausage, then throw in onions, bell peppers, celery (the Holy Trinity), will get the veggies browned a bit then add tomato paste. Then chicken or vegetable stock, then rice (I prefer to rinse mine because I don't like excess starch on my rice dishes), will add salt, some Cheyenne pepper, maybe a touch of thyme and then some bay leaves. Separately I like to do a lemon-garlic shrimp scampi like thing and add it as a topper. So it's a little surf and turfy. Best hot sauce with it is something with vinegar and horseradish.

The baddest bitch @joemama711 I'ma be real it sounds nice but I think I'm getting burnt out constantly cooking shit or trying to prep a weeks worth of food in a day ish. I was in the kitchen today 11 am( after shopping for a bit) till 4pm, it's a huge pain.
