I just got back from MomoCon. I haven't been to an anime convention in years. This was my first time going alone so I was kind of worried about what to do. I ended up getting to talk with the voice actors of Stark and Fern from Frieren. Jordan Dash Cruze likes WWE so I asked him if Frieren signed up Stark for a WWE match against an arcane golem, what would his stage name be. He got really excited and said, "Big Starky" and Jill Harris said that Fern would be supportive of stark during the match but have no idea what's going on. I also talked to the English VA for Asuka from Evangelion for a good amount of time. I told her my childhood experience about hearing Asuka say a line in english and then rattle off some german, thinking it was so cool as a kid and how she was my favorite character in the show. She was happy about that and told me all these behind the scenes things that happened while voicing for the show. She signed a tumbler I bought at her counter and put in a quote on it too. She's really nice. Apart from seeing the Smash bros tourney and hitting up the arcade, I made a big point to FORCE myself to talk to people. It's bitterly against my introverted nature. But there I was, standing in line after line talking to VTubers.
