Love to hear it brother! Just be careful not to lose too much too fast. That's also muscle mass potentially lost if you lose weight too fast whatever means you are doing it by. As for gaining and maintaining as you lose just make sure to up your protein intake with this equation to figure out how much you need everyday, 1.2x your body weight in KG for a cut then 1.5x your body weight in KG for a bulk. Also please get a full 8 hours of sleep for the transformation period to take full effect each night.

I'm undecided on who I want to be at CAD.I know I'm going to do Seymour Guado for one of the days but,I'm not sure who I want to be the next day and CAD is in December so don't tell me to wear no costume that requires a short dress or shorts anything that is summer like.
