Character archtypes that you DON'T like

Are there any character archetypes that you see in anime where when you recognize the character is that archetype, you know that you will never truly like that character? For me, I've just never really liked yamato nadeshiko characters. I don't hate them, but they are all just you know...there. yamato nadeshiko: a japanese phrase that refers to an idealized Japanese woman. It's a combination of the words Yamato, an ancient name for Japan, and nadeshiko, which is the name of a wild pink carnation. The term is often used to describe a young woman who is demure, graceful, and nurturing, while also being determined. Examples: Hinata Hyuga (Naruto), Belldandy (Ah! My Goddess), Sakura Matou (fate/stay), Orihime(bleach) Am I the only one who feels this way? Maybe it's my own personal preference.

I will never understand the love some have for Yanderes (Idk if thats the correct term) like Yuno Gasai, Himiko Toga, etc. Granted I haven't fully watched the series some of these characters show up in but when I see them pop up I just roll my eyes. Just seems like a boring archetype to me

The ones that look down on others and always want to maintain a image of superiority. Closest thing I saw is Himedere It's a term for a character (normally female) of noble status who generally craves attention, acts prim and proper, and believes themselves superior to others. Noble, high-class, ladylike, elegant, dignified, well-mannered, proper, spoiled, pampered, demanding, attention-seeking, snobbish, conceited, pretentious, angry, impatient, greedy, mean, passive-aggressive, immature, bossy, narcissistic, lovestruck, loving, affectionate, apologetic, honest, caring, giving That passive aggressive shit gets annoying. And, being a snob for the hell of it is such a turn off. Plus, I hate being bossed around and hate actively trying to maintain a image of superiority that's the wackest shit ever.

@arc Thank you for calling out Hinata fans! It was very brave of you as she's one of those pedestal characters that gets doated on simply for being quiet and loyal, but spends episode after episode being the timid 'I guess I'll try my best' before getting clapped type. By far one of my most loathed characterizations up there with the (False Confidence Rival/Henchman.) So tired of the stereotypical low tier villans that act morally depraved as if not being the main bad guy or antagonist gives the writers an excuse to pad out a story with cookie cutter jobbers! Yeah take your cheap shots lady hinata has grown into a fine woman she fought the literal embodiment of pain and still smiled. You sir are unfit for a quarrel. I think I just hate anime the more I've tried to watch it XD. But seriously, I absolutely hate and loathe tsunderes and yanderes, I'd fist fight them both without hesitation if I could...cause I really hate them so much it's not funny! Oh! And I despise, hate, loathe, dislike, detest, abhor, absolutely disgust, have an overwhelming distaste for, a complete enmity for, an unwavering grudge for, I would absolutely body slam them and curb stomp them into the ground-pervy anime tropes. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT watch a show with that kind of character in it.
