@arc If you haven't worked out in forever and you just did that please work out tomorrow and the next day so you get your full beginner's growth. As in stressing your body out randomly out of no where for like a week straight when you in no shape to be doing it always gets me pumped in like 1 to 2 weeks with high intensity. If you feel sore from pretty much of nothing means it's the perfect time to activate your beginners growth. Shit is a cheat code. Prolly not the smartest because people say let your body rest. I say let yo body cope it will figure it out. Everytime time my body says muscles quickly as it's answer. I'm so happy I'm out of shape rn because that shit just waiting on me. I gotta buy another resistance band to punch though my shit broke. Good job dude on the workout. Good luck on your gains. Also, I'm not a sports doctor. I gotta get in shape myself for December cuffing season. If you already workout normally forget about it and do you.

I've gotten to the point where getting 50 burpees in a single session isn't that hard. The main issue I'm having with that is my neck muscles are SORE for what seems like an entire week. I think I might drop it down to 40 so I can at least do it every other day. I can already seeing my core and shoulder's look more cut, so it's working wonders! Just gotta keep at it!

So I'm pretty much the heaviest I've ever been in my life at 138. However, I just measured my body fat and its sitting at 11.4% which is almost the lowest It's ever been. I think my workouts are actually working! I really need to get my neck and shoulder muscles built better because that's what's holding me back at this point. I'm almost there, guys. Almost at the mark where I can match that 10% fat content, just like grocery store lean meat XD

I bought this 8 days ago and been using it 3-4 times a week. My knee push ups have gotten pretty good, I think I did 80 today in total. It's nice that diff positions target different muscles, tommorow I'm gonna try going for full push ups with it. I know I need to get my stamina up too

It's sooo freaking expensive but no matter where I look dumbells are super expensive, especially if you want different weights. I decided to go with Ironmaster because it's all indestructible parts so it will last forever. Once I have this I will be able to target every single muscle group.

Yeah plus it's foldable so it's super easy to put away @arc I agree, it's insane how expensive weights are and how much space they can take up. I'll have to look into that but I don't think I'll be buying anything pricey for awhile, my stepdad has a Bowflex in the gym and I still have a punching bag gathering dust.

I think I'm gonna try a high protein low carb high fat diet. Not Keto, I'm just a carb demon when it comes to food and low fat be giving me cravings.
