Ngl I haven't seen MO pop off since 2021 with more than 10 users on at the same time. I could be wrong but it's saddening to see this place so barren at times. Used to be really filled with users conversing nonstop constant new posts, and new friends to make. Now it's bots making accounts to sell something or scam coming in or genuine new users who come then leave after a day seeing nothing much happening. I blame Tinder and social dating apps like it. This site is deeply tied into the dating climate of the world so it's not just here but alot of places it's nothing happening. People want to stay to themselves. Feel like this should be its own thread but genuinely, what happened to socializing and making connections? It's wild to me.

It seems like it's everything and not just this site. It's hard to meet people online regardless of platform because there are trolls and just terrible people all around that don't help. More so bots now than trolls, but, it is what it is. And I wouldn't be looking to make friends with people (at least US wise) until the elections calm down a bit.

@verucassault I agree. It's just society moving towards a more isolated state similar to Wall-E where people never really spoke to eachother and stayed in hover chairs

Hot take, but I want to say we live in a world where attracting a partner is like an rpg where you need the appropriate amount of stats. Primarily, three stats to be exact. Wealth: You must make a certain amount of money to become a provider to pay for your significant other’s wellbeing (food, electricity, gifts, etc.) Personality: This is mostly serving as the glue to keep a relationship alive in the long run. The more personality you have the more your significant other will want to be around you for life. No one wants a boring routine schedule wall personality. Looks: This needs to be sufficient enough to get through the door of attracting your potential partner. A lot of people will not give people who “let themselves go” a chance unless they get to know you online without exchanging pics after a certain period of time. Then they fall for your personality. (Example being me with my ex. She got to know me first talking then fell for my personality but I lacked the wealthy stats to keep them around). Unfortunately the internet has created this stigma where a lot of people seek maxed out stats and not build up their stats and the others together early on. The current dating climate is impossible for those of us who are deemed undesirable. No matter how good of a person you are, they will always find an excuse to leave making you feel like you are the bad person or they just ghost. That’s my rant and hot take. What’s y’all ms opinions on it? Do you agree or perhaps have a different take on things? Would love to hear and discuss.

@solid_snake95 Bro you got potential just keep the beard maybe get a bald fade or something I don't know why lighter skin color people don't be wanted to get faded up. Keep the curls but fade that thang up. Would much rather see you with a low cut but can't tell with the curls so idk don't quote me. To me all you need is your beard. A fade. And, to lose some weight. Wanna kill two birds with one stone? Join the Army they will get you in shape and pay you lol. Women love a man in uniform. You can never really go broke there cause housing is provided and defac feeds you lol. So even if you party all your money away you can survive lol. If you stayed in Georgia I would work out with you. Boxing and fasting will cut you down real quick. You just gotta go into the zone with some music and hit the bag like it owes you money. I got hella skinny doing that and fasting. You wasting your potential. Just need to be a little more toned up. With a beard. I can't tell what type of cut you need from your pictures though. Also the army give hella benefits. They pay you more when you get married and after a certain amount of years they will pay for you a house. I had a house at 20 or 21 or something. Still can get another house.
