Nothing like looking back at your life and realizing you've changed so much for the better. Gonna continue to do so until I reach my ideal lifestyle where I can maintain balance.
Arc@arc Woah, how did you get a leaked video of Elder Scrolls 6? This looks way better than starfield! @verucassault
Someone You used to know.@joemama711 Good ole quality time with the modders, honestly I gotta play this game if the whole thing has been modded like this
This song took on new meaning as I got older. As a teen I liked the melody and could sort of grasp what the song was about, but it's something one feels more respect for when you've obtained those life experiences first hand.
Veru@verucassault Geez. This one sounds like college too. LOL Even the lyrics.
Veru@verucassault They were several years apart but this has the same feel to "Brick" to me by Ben Folds Five.
Gabriel@gabriel_true I disagree. Though both speak of failed relationships I feel there is a fundamental difference between the mindset of the two couples struggles. For starters I feel Tiny Vessels was more the woman trying to force the relationship onto the man where I kind of felt Brick is more the man trying to force a relationship on the woman, but not really knowing what he wants. Like he's trying to fill an emptiness with the girlfriend. Where it felt like Tiny Vessels the man isn't really looking for a relationship, however he's feeling pushed by some expectation to have one and then the woman was perhaps being manipulative to the point he gets frustrated and has to break up with her.
Veru@verucassault I don't mean the stories though they are both deep and situational. The mood/tone is similar musically.
Gabriel@gabriel_true It's in the ball park of a particular to tone, yeah. I know many bands play around using the same kinds of stories and lyrics. Only so many different scenarios to sing about before everyone's heard everything, haha!
Gabriel@gabriel_true Been a fan since their songs Soul Meets Body and Crooked Teeth. The Ghosts Of Beverly Drive and Black Sun are personal favorites as well! Tiny Vessels was also a dope song.
Veru@verucassault ohhhh I forgot about TIny Vessels. Follow You Into the Dark reminds me too much of college.
Gonna continue to do so until I reach my ideal lifestyle where I can maintain balance.
