Easily the best Cosplay I saw at Ocala Comic Con. Uncle Ruckus. I wish I took a whole video after this photo. He went into a whole long rant about Usopp and calling Sanji a great pirate for all the wrong reasons. I really need to rewatch The Boondocks. XD
