I had the same feeling once I had a meaty pizza from Papa John's. I had a pepperoni and ham pizza and some garlic knots there Sunday.... It was so weird how the pizza had no flavor and it made me mad constipated (still suffering)

The Shaqaroni Pizza from Papa Johns just might be the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. Even if it wasn't ordered with even more extra cheese which I already loathe, I think I still would have hated it. It was literally just a limp pizza with half the amount of pepperoni as shown on the box...and it was just thick, viscus, processed cheese goo sliding down my gullet. I was half way into my second slice when I felt like I was going to throw up. I feel like I need to take a shower and cry after eating that. Actually, I think I'm going to light a candle, put on some peaceful music, and take a bath.

For sure, I can never think when my emotions are in the fight or flight scenario but Ive been doing kinda better lately. Little things add up both negative and positive so I've mostly been in the positive side

This. 100% This. Whenever I feel bad about myself and depression kicks in, I look back on how myself and life has changed in just a few years. Keep doing what you enjoy, understand where you want to improve yourself and commit to small bits of development at a time. And you'll be surprised how far youngo in a short time. ♡

[Frick Atlanta] @joemama711 I'm just hoping next months aptitude test goes well, I've been considering quiting Kroger and doing UPS seasonal support drive but it's like 40 min drive from me which is a pain ngl

Gabriel @gabriel_true UPS seems to be what many people are recommending in my area. You have to work for then a couple years to become a driver, but they're a union company so you get a pension when you retire plus the pay caps out at $40 per hour.

[Frick Atlanta] @joemama711 True assuming you get in or stay after peak season is over though I talked to a UPS driver and he said it's spread out over a 5 year term so it's up in the air

[Frick Atlanta] @joemama711 Im trying to fix my diet and lifestyle up a bit so I don't get as depressed and feel like nothing's there for me.

Gabriel @gabriel_true I support healthy lifestyle choices and it's worked well for my nephew. Just make sure you remember what you're already successful at. It may help to keep a journal of accomplishments you're proud of as a way to counter any thoughts that are intrusive. If nothing else I've enjoyed our conversations and know you are more than capable of being great! Keep in mind you can and should be proud in who you are, Joe!

[Frick Atlanta] @joemama711 I'll try journaling in my notes app, thank you for the suggestions and the positive reinforcement Gabe, Its a pleasure when we get to talk and I enjoy your mindset. Lately I've been trying to be more distant and not use social media or interact that much with people online. I have bad habits of being too dependent on them and I'm stopping that now.

Gabriel @gabriel_true I see a number of folks have been doing that as well. Of course you know I've also been on and off for prolonged periods of time to handle personal affairs. If you need to step away then that is a valid decision. Only be mindful that there are people who do want you to be well no matter where you are in the world or what you're life's path leads to.
