I have a real resolution this year. I'm planning on actually managing how I feel. By that I mean I am exhausted of letting anxiety decide my mood. It's a fact I can't control world events or how what's left of my family never can catch a break. I don't like letting small details derail my train of thought or feeling I'm not doing enough to meet others halfway. I love the thought of genuinely smiling and meaning it. Not feigning a grin to hide gritting teeth. Tired of eggshells on the floor, so I'm sweeping them up to put away in their bin. I'm entering zen and will make it a point to not say anything negative that isn't necessary. I'm filling my mouth with positive optimism rather than cynical sass! That's my resolution. Letting go of dead weight. My ghosts can kindly take their deserved rest finally!
