Your First....Anime, of course!

My first anime ever was Pokemon. Would've been Sailor Moon, since I was young and being raised SDA, my mom wouldn't let me watch it at all. Not until Senior Year in High School......after I found out there was a whole bunch of shows like, but even better than pokemon, I went crazy watching/reading them! Cardcaptor Sakura came second, then Cowboy Bebop and a new anime adict was born. lol

My first exposure was DBZ and one of the Gundam series on Toonami. I liked DBZ, but thought it was slow, and didn't like Gundam because I couldn't make sense of it (at the time, it was random episodes, so the story wasn't linear at all) ... it wasn't until much later when I was shown some Inuyasha that I got back into it... After watching Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann though, it's like the dam has been blown and I can't get enough.

Dragonball Z and Outlaw star around the same time period, I was very young, possibly 5? Anyhow, very nostalgic when I see either of those two.

Dragonball Z was my first when I was like around 10 yrs old. actually my best friend got me into it but didnt start with other anime or manga til I was around 16 or 17 if i remember correctly
