As a youngster I grew up watching Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, all the great shows of the 90's lol XD

honestly i don't remember, the earliest animes i remember was dragon ball z, sailor moon. and i think there was a megaman cartoon but i don't remmeber clearly

Strangely enough the first anime I remember watching were .hack//sign and Akira.All I remember is being quite confused as to what the hell was going on.

Pokemon, but I consider Fullmetal Alchemist a more important first since it was the first that got me into being an otaku. That being said, I did spend a month or two watching the first 693 episodes last year because Pokemon is still pretty special.
