@yaasshat I oughta change the answer, y'all's answers I like a lot XD. @arc I think some advice for this riddle is to think simple instead of critically or overthinking. It actually is a simple answer, and as I said with Ya-Ya's answer, a liar is technically what this thing is and does, but it has another (more specific) kind of name.

Also, I've decided on some (simple) terms for this thread: 1. No cheating (I know I have no way to determine if anyone is looking up answers to the riddles...but I would appreciate it if any of you lovely participants would remain honest and did your best to try, even if you never get the answer). 2. Any riddles I post will remain up until 12 AM the next morning no matter what time I post it (unless it's really late, like 7 in the evening to 12. That doesn't count as a good enough time frame to me). That way anyone who wishes to guess has a decent time frame to take a crack at it. 3: Have lots of fun guessing even if you don't get it.
