No one's really pushing me into it that as far I can tell. Seriously doubt that's ever gonna happen anyways. Maybe if I decide to do a greencard wedding for some quick cash and separate once they're set then maybe but even that's unlikely.

When i was younger i almost had an arranged marriage; but my parents declined, At the age of 2 or 3 i had a playmate whom always loved seeing me and always kissed my cheek; the family found this cute and offered my parents a pre-arranged marriage; the family i hear was from the States or was whatever. but my parents declined and i never met them ever again. i'm glad though- Now a days i'm just chilling drifting through life; having the time of my life. besides; my father knows i'm a dog.

Yeah I get you Fancy. What's with people always rushing their relatives into marriages and having kids. They make it seem like you are inferior to everyone or something, unless you don't do all that stuff by some imaginary required age. Marriage is supposed to be out of love and their own choice. Not because they were being nagged till the point where they just snap and marry just so everyone leaves them alone. Or even worse case, arranged marriages so both families can profit. Mere thought of it makes me want to hurl. -_- So even though everyone around me keeps bringing it up all the time, annoying me beyond imagination in the process. I just don't care and will still do as I please haha. :P

I got pestered and shamed frequently I would not just settle on a wife and make grandchildren. Marriage is a potential raw deal for men due to the legal climate and commitment is considered a joke. As the divorce rates spike the marriage rate has tanked. They have pondered instituting a singles tax to force people to marry more than once in the US and Canada. The state needs an endless supply of new kids to indoctrinate and tax to sustain itself. The world is overpopulated anyway let the leech governments implode. You don't need a piece of paper to prove love. Do what you feel is right.

I have no problem with marriage since I would like to see my partner all days long. Not sure why you guys against it. You can also have freedom when you marry so I don't find this as annoyances except it is a bless. Wonder when can I get marry and leave my parent ^_^.

I love the idea of love, but prefer the sacrifice. I've got my own thoughts due to a current situation, but only time will tell.

I've seen a lot of people having the idea of marriage pushed onto them and I feel sorry for them having to be under that kind of pressure. Personally though I haven't had anyone do that to me, despite the fact that I'll be 21 next month and most people seem to get married around 18/19 nowadays. To be fair, I wouldn't want to get married any time soon anyway - the minimum I would start thinking about it would probably be 25 or so (Although that might change in due time). Don't get me wrong, I would love to get married to that one woman that makes me feel whole but I'm nowhere near ready yet, plus I want to live out my young years while I can and think about that when I know I'm definitely ready for it. Besides, there's nothing wrong with not being married - it's a similar situation for those who are still virgin, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it in the slightest. Just don't let anyone push you around or tell you there's something wrong with you for not being married or not wanting to get married.
