All systems work perfectly on paper until you inject the human element which is chaotic and self serving as wired by nature to the subconscious levels so we as a species thrive. Under communist and fascist systems it is difficult or impossible to reform flaws or stop corruption and it always costs oceans of blood to do so. Democracy and Capitalism are the best systems so far to counter this quirk of human behavior but class warfare and corruption can break it as well if unregulated and treated with apathy. By the people for the people. It needs tuning still but we have the mechanisms to do so for now.
