Swifty @verucassault Yeah. I always loved dumping out bags at the end of Trick or Treating. My brother's and I would sort our candies and start brokering trades since we all had our favorites. I have an idea.

Didn’t celebrate Halloween even when small, but our church we went to when smaller had an event (minus spooky stuff since we had really small kids) and I only dressed up once (my mom allowed me and my siblings to). I think it was that same year or the next a boy walked out with my bag of candy... I suck at trading XD. I’m glad you and your brother (s) had fun a surprise kids. Are you telling me you actually have an idea or is that apart of your story?

Swifty @verucassault Ahh, was curious why no Halloween. 8[ it's like a hallmark of my childhood. Had a friend in school who was one and the only time he ever got to do anything for holidays was at school. I felt bad for him, but glad we kept celebrating things in classes.

Swifty @verucassault For real, some of my best childhood memories were for Halloween. The time of year, the smell in the air, half the town walking the streets at night, carnivals and festivals.

Swifty @verucassault I know people love Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years and the Fourth but none compare to Halloween.

Forgetful Mommy ® @wei_ying Yeah, me and my family just didn’t celebrate it. My mom also didn’t like how during that year people get interested into movies with witches and such. But, we never felt bad not celebrating it XD, me and my siblings never cared for it like that and we were fine since we managed to get candy; that’s all we wanted from Halloween anyway tbh
