Depresso Sunset @verucassault When he was growing out his hair during the pandemic, he did wear headbands alot to work out. It fits!

Christmas Mommy ® @wei_ying Did he look nice with longer hair? Or did you think he did? I’m sure he rocked the headbands sksksk

Depresso Sunset @verucassault Sometimes. He was too used to short hair and not shampooing it every day but with long hair he really needed to.

Christmas Mommy ® @wei_ying Yeah, that is trickier with longer hair. I’m guessing he got rid of the longer look?

Depresso Sunset @verucassault Yeah he donated it to charity. Had a pic on here at one time witg it pulled up in a manbun but I don't see it anymore.

Depresso Sunset @verucassault He looked cute with it but he was such a baby. Couldn't stand to get his hair pulled back and up lol

Depresso Sunset @verucassault Not used to pulling it back. Very tender headed.

Christmas Mommy ® @wei_ying Ahh, I see. I’m guessing he is sensitive to brushes and combs running through his hair too?

Depresso Sunset @verucassault Yeah, He's super delicate about it. I guess I would be as well if I were a dude. You never know when hair loss or a receeding hairline is going to strike.

Christmas Mommy ® @wei_ying That is true. Does receding usually happen to men? And if so, why? XD

Depresso Sunset @verucassault Yeah. Men seem to stop growing by mid to late twenties and then they have some hormonal changes that kinda make them fill out more. It happens earlier with girls. But sometimes during those hormonal shifts, it can cause male patern baldness to kick in and it typically starts with thinning and a receeding hairline. It's just basically genetics. His dad has a full head of hair so I think he will be okay.

Christmas Mommy ® @wei_ying Oh! That is very interesting indeed. My dad and eldest brother is bald... but, my eldest brother started mainly going bald (and his hair never grew the same especially) after my dad cut it wrong when he was really young XD. But, maybe he ultimately did get it from our dad since he has hair for most of his teen years and when he was 20 somethin’, boom! The receding started lol

Depresso Sunset @verucassault Wow that's really young. I went to highschool with a kid that dyed his hair to his natural color because he went gray prematurely. I saw him at college once and flipped out because he was rocking the solid steel gray look. It was then he told me about dying his hair in highschool.

Christmas Mommy ® @wei_ying Woah! I didn’t know people could gray so early on, was it stress or just something that happened? That must of been a real shocker suddenly seeing him with a steel gray. Did you ask if he died his hair that color before he told you it was natural?

Depresso Sunset @verucassault I asked him if the gray was a dye job and he said no. That he went gray and died it black in high school. I think it was genetics, I seem to recall him saying it was the same with his dad when he was young. My mom claims I started getting grays in my early twenties but I think sometimes they were just really lighter strands. I myself have only found gray strands only like 4 or 5 times.

Christmas Mommy ® @wei_ying Lots of genetic things I didn’t know about XD. I guess that could make sense though? I guess it’s like how me and my sisters (and baby brother) find bronze/blonde streaks in our hair because of our mom... and maybe our dad’s side (with the bronze). Did you pluck out the grays or keep them?

Depresso Sunset @verucassault My mom pulled them out when she claims she found them. I wasn't a fan. I actually wouldn't mind my hair going gray at some point.

Christmas Mommy ® @wei_ying XD I have never been asked that before, because I either end the conversation if I’m really tired it or I forced myself to stay awake and then go to bed. When I was younger though I loved insisting I wasn’t tired or falling asleep XD
