Been doing the same. Over the past few years, time to binge on any one game has been very limited, so I git a huge backlog. What once felt like bad time management or just being late on a trend now feels like a blessing. If I gotta check out of having new games in the future, there is enough out there 2022 and all years prior to get me through my nursing home days. Gonna see if I can play through the first Witcher game during July vacation.

Honestly this isn't a treat so much as a bracing for the the future of owning nothing. I went and bought physical copies of everything I used to own... again... Sadly I suppose I won't get to play Persona 6 when it comes out 4 years from now seeing as it will be digital only on PlayStation by that time. I hope P4 Revival is at least on disc before then. Otherwise the only other thing I can hope for is Nintendo Switch gets a physical port.

Just one firm slam to the ground. He was being so patient until he had to bitch smack the skunk. "I tried to be polite. Now think about your life and go home, stinky." XD

Bruh. Like the alignment here could not be more perfect. But they are angels who kill demons. So still in line with your church day. Defintely a clear sign of God's based sense of humor.

https://www.tasteofhome.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/shutterstock_558201421-1.jpg The Devil has a sense of humor. After church today I went with my mother to Golden Corral as all good American Christians do. As we're stuffing our faces with overly saturated fatty foods my mother is doing her usual critique of the pastor's sermon saying how she knows the real scripture from some ghost she spoke with years ago during one of her ghost hunting escapades. Then getting up to leave we rounded a corner towards the exit to be greeted with a Panty and Stocking claw machine. My mother's only other passion outside of Christ, desserts, and ghosts would be, of course, claw machines. I busted out laughing right there which puzzled her. I answered my mom with the famous Arthur Fleck line, "You wouldn't get it..." $6 dollars in the hole later, I walked away cursing to the heavens my luck with my only consolation prize being this humorous account of situational irony. Typical Sunday for ol' Gabriel, haha!

Not SCP, but it does remind me of 3008 Infinite Ikea.

Branden @solid_snake95 If you wanna talk about it I’m open to listening. Been in going through a lot of stuff and your bio resonated with me on that. I don’t have any ill intentions or intend on usage. Just know how it feels to want what you do.

Not gonna lie. I'd be fuming with this man. As someone who grew up with three cats and 2 dogs and now dedicates himself to the buggies in my pollinator garden, I'd have a difficult time not cussing him out on the spot.

Remembered why I ain't so sorry to see my neighbors move. A couple years back we had a dispute arise over one of his pet cats after I came outside the house and saw it was disemboweled on his lawn. The animal was barely clinging onto life and was trying to drag its crippled body across the yard to find a place to die a slow death. Seeing my neighbor sitting on his porch smoking a cigarette I pointed to the animal and asked if I could help him get the cat to a vet. He said no he didn't have the money. I had cash in pocket to offer having the cat put down out of its misery. The dude told me he was insulted that I would imply he needed financial assistance. So my next course of action was to call the animal control to report animal abuse. They came and agreed I was in the right. The dude went off on me making a passive comment about taking action against me if I stuck my nose in his business ever again. Now I come out to find his brand new dog is roaming the street with the man literally standing in the yard piddling about when a trash truck comes around the corner and nearly flattens the pupper! I took action to pull the dog out of the road to bring him back to my neighbor and of course the man acts like I did something unnecessary for him. I don't even like dogs and yet I somehow have more compassion for them than this guy! Sheesh...

As I get older, I understand more the old saying "Thou doth protest too much."

It's always people who have no business owning animals that have to have them. Then when they get called out for not taking care of those same animals people go on the defensive about how they're passionate for taking care of all God's creation! People are some real pieces of work!
squirrelatemycookie
Bruh. I jutlst had people from both jobs I work call out for the same reason. Everyone take care of yourselves.
