NGL. I felt that. I have the same quirk. But just be yourself and the right people will appreciate you as you are. Have to let go of being self conscious of these kinds of things.

My advice may not sound helpful, but I’ve found it has worked for me. Sometimes you have to train yourself to just turn your brain off and jump into places and situations outside your comfort zone. This includes talking to people and managing things you don’t like about yourself. I’ve always had many issues with over thinking things, some insecurities regarding job options and social anxiety. But I’ve found what has helped me overcome some of those issues is just jump into things outside my comfort zone and try to improvise after. It’s scary and full of uncertainty, but I’ve gotten results from it. It’s a lot like sky diving. Just for that moment, you have to either turn your brain off or make yourself take the action even with the anxiety. Takes some time to get used to. I always repeat this line to myself when attempt this. “Bravery is not the absence of fear. It is to be afraid and take action anyway.”

This line is so corny, it is beautiful. I’m saving this in my phone. I have to use this line someday just for laughs. XD

Sorry for my late replies as well. Things have been pretty busy on my end. Time to log on is fairly sparse considering my night shifts. But I can add you on Discord.

I just wanted to let you know I appreciate our talks and that I'm sorry for not being consistent with my replies, sometimes I get really drained from overly socializing and I kinda go lay down for a while until I feel better, stuff it's better on discord tho
