I see your fitness goals paid off. Congratulations! I read some posts you made discussing your struggles and I want you to understand I am thankful for the part of you that does what is right rather than whatever comes easiest. As someone who lived and shared a bed with a woman only for that relationship to dissolve after a failed pregnancy I can say that loneliness makes a man tempted to throw away his best aspects trying to compensate for that depression. Age and experience mean nothing when a person is hurting. Man or woman we're bleeding hearts, most of us. That said, you have genuine admiration despite that part of you saying otherwise. Please consider your own value so that the connections you've already made can naturally grow into something fruitful. You are more than your hurt for most importantly you are my friend, Branden. It’s gonna be fine after my scan. Putting myself on a liquid diet plan of three protein shakes a day with a chicken breast for dinner starting in the morning. And adjusting my stair master time to 30 minutes. I refuse to settle and fall back. Yes that’s 169 flights of stairs

Depending on tomorrow’s scan and my increased intake of calories while still somehow staying the same weight I might be going on a super cut for this final month before my one year mark of training. If my bmr has risen to 2000kcal or more I will cut it down to 1600 again like before so with training, cardio, daily steps, and the decrease in calories the difference will take me to the next level.
