Dude you ever work out and you feel your fore arms swell up and you can’t finish a set? Had that happen yesterday and my fore arms are getting huge man xD

Trying to get fit @joemama711 Hmm yeah a few times, mostly when i was doing push ups and chin ups to the MAX. Wall sits are brutual tho
