I feel the same with jeans, sweat pants only please. It sucks that most jobs want pants but dresses seem super rare.

Why not set a deadline for a small personal book just as a starter and share it to get opinions. Doesn't have to be a overwhelmingly one and done project and creative people judge theirselfs quite often .

Coming out of this damned shell. Well... Shit. Here goes. Some of you have heard my sayings that I wish to be an author. The thing in life that I'm afraid of most is being seen as incapable, incompetent, unworthy, even smaller things like being seen as clingy. It gets to me, right in the Alberts too. That fear has formed a bad habit that translates criticism into doubt. Which so far has successfully kept me back from making any of my books public. I want to freely associate my imagination with my work. How much of that would be taken from me? My fear is that enough would be changed that, if I had read and edited version, I couldn't recognize it. Any of you Got some kinda advice? Yeah. I know all the "Just do it" crap. Details, please.

Rage quit my job, waiting for a phone interview for this one position. I'd start immediately so the 2 week notice can sugma balls.

Mylovelyreaper @rukia21love At this point if a company was good to you the two week notice does not apply really. You didn't sign a contract to stay with them till they found a replacement. When I work at a resort I basically told my boss she can go fuck herself and let the whole department know she was screwing one of the other managers in a different department. Felt bad for her husband.

Joe is Good Enough @joemama711 You are right, my old job made me sign something that said they can fire me anytime for any reason which is wild for a lot of companies LOL. The people were cool but no one pulled their weight as a team, they just sat up front waiting for customers to come, bs on their phone or go outside to smoke

The game's combat system is the main reason I'm not gonna bother trying it. Looks incredibly one button click

Rei @reisenpai66 Don't know about forespoken other than it looked like a dumpster fire. Xenoblade tho is turn based and has multiple skills. Not sure what you mean. And people play for the story in xenoblade.

Joe is Good Enough @joemama711 Cope. I played xenoblade 1 and 2, story was aight but the gameplay is definitely auto attack, press a button to use a skill i wouldnt put it as turn based. The enviornment is nice and the characters are cool.

Rei @reisenpai66 No one plays xenoblade for the gameplay. It's for the story. Point is no one cares about HP lore so if the game play lacks it's a shit game. But I also have dark souls brain rot so I'll never enjoy normal games
