I hate pick up lines, that shit always gives me the ick and makes me think of fuckbois and cornballs just being cornballs but if that's how you are then be confident about it! I'll also disagree with the numbers game, if you want a buncha average or terrible dates then go for it, it might help you open up and be less shy about being on a date. Though I'd rather just try and find that one person you can connect with, enjoy it and expect nothing from it. At least then if something happens cool, if nothing happens then you're not disappointed and maybe got a new friend?
