Basically a meme that calls people (Mostly blue checkmark twitter) NPCs cause you get the same canned responses It was pretty funny at the time to the point where people called it dehumanizing which is funny cause those were the same people most likely saying Russian bots since 2016 yet get mad at being called NPCs
