“Boo!” A startling voice came from behind her. She turned around and saw Ivan grinning with joy and happier than ever. “I kept that promise. We’ll forever be together, death can’t even do us part.” He smiled wide. “You idiot…” She sniffed as if she was about to cry, then slapped Ivan softly, and hugged him. “I love you Ivan. I didn’t want you to kill yourself though.” Tears suddenly rolled down both of their cheeks. “I told you. I would never break a promise. If killing myself was the only solution to keeping that promise, then I’m glad I did so.” He embraced her hug and they flew off together, spirit with spirit, up into heaven. “I do have one question though; it’s been bothering me for a while.” Ivan looked at her, puzzled. “If you don’t like to break promises, then what about those promises that you made to the other people down there?” Ivan had a ghastly look on his face. “I completely forgot…”

I was excited, to the point where I re watched season one, however after going to Wikipedia to look up something non-spoiler related my eye caught a single sentence that ruined this seasons hype for me. :(

Reminds me of Claymore and Berserk. Claymore mostly though. It's a pretty scary story, and the turn around rate for any character is usually only a few pages.

I've been spending the past few days trying to figure out what I was going to say here. Meanwhile I was filling out some of the anime on my profile. I've pretty much seen next to 90% of the anime on the list so it's turning out to be a full time job filling it out. I guess that should be a hint for me to speak about my love for the Japanese culture with Anime/Manga being the catalyst that got me initiated with it all. I like going to conventions though I notice I like to nerd out on the inside while others are nerding out on the outside. I am by no means shy, but by this I mean I usually just walk around and check stuff out, attend panels, etc. without looking like I'm really into it, but on the inside I am bursting with excitement. Having a hard time showing it is what brought be to this site. I'm not having much luck interacting with people at conventions. I am not brave enough to strap a boombox to my back and play random anime music with my shirt off like "that guy" at the cons, nor am I rambunctious enough to run full charge like a water buffalo to glomp/tackle/rape people with "free hugz" signs. I do enjoy cosplaying though! So here I am on this site, hoping that I can make friends who share similar interests and this way they can get to know me so I don't seem so bottled up in person :) And I am definitely seeking romance.. I am pretty envious of the convention couples who can cosplay together. I always wondered how they find each other. Here's hoping this site works out for me.
