Eh, both of them are kind of confusing at times.
It's almost like they played darts to choose the ideas of the story, finishing it within a day or so, but once you get the lingo down, and know what the hell is going on, it isn't too bad, but yeah the ending of ao was a bit of a let down.
*Shrugs* I just merely go on to the next anime.
