Japan for anime?

Why do you want to go to Japan? Personally, I want to go because I want to work in the Japanese fashion industry. Are there any reasons other than anime/manga and dating that make you want to go to Japan?

1. Because I'm tired of the slow and outdated internet speeds in the US. 2. Access to the most advanced consumer technology. 3. 24hr internet cafes. 4. Beautiful Japanese girls. 5. Buy almost anything from a vending machine. 6. Beautiful countryside and amazing cities. 7. Japanese food: Gyoza, Mochi, Dango, Shabu-shabu, Sushi, various breads and bento, etc. 8. Alternative fashion and visual-kei. 9. Crazy Japanese films.

I work in the semi-conductor industry doing automation. A large number of our vendors as well as manufacturing plants are in Asia in general. Most of the high precision optical components are manufactured in Japan though. Aside from the adoration of the culture in general, I feel it would be a positive career move to familiarize myself with the language and be able to seek opportunities to display my talents.
