Normally people don't have their guard up when out in the street at all times. And attackers tend to notice those who are off their guard and single them out. And rarely do they attack alonE. As for the disarming part, not everyone fights in front of weapons most people even when trained to fight with weapons can freeze. Realization of mortality and possible death freezes anyone not ready for that kind of thing. @ akise aru It is not only the depiction of prepubescent in a sexual fashion that earns you this. Anything that can be used for gags like pantyshots and similar scenes can be considered sexual. Not all animes with the loli characters fall into this however So it is not a defining part to consider it. Lolicon is a person who only sees lolis in a sexual fashion I think that is where the problem stems from. If you like lolis in a moe way, or plainly like them for cuteness (kawaii) you do not fall into this. Only when it turns into a sexual thing do you fall into the lolicon which is in english called lolita complex.
