I think healers have less micromanaging since it's merelly just targeting who to support then support and so on. A good tank must know how to make monsters target him everytime, and redirecting the focus in a fight is usually intense. The healer job is generally about commanding the party, cause is managing is not so hard and he can have a good vision on what's going on(More macromanaging). He can lead the Dps team to not over damage the ennemy(Wich usually change the focus of the boss and unleash a rampage amongs the Dps) so the tank can do his job(Masochist job indeed), and since he is the last to die anyway he will know what to do to overcome the breach in the tactic if there is one. The healer and the tank share a point however, the more people there is in the party, the more effort they have to do. So yes, i think Dps is an easy job, it's not requiring any big effort to not overattack and all classes can do it(Well, maybe not supports class like healer, but tank can if they are not good at tank job).

My favourite FPS games are: doom, quake, quake two quake three quake four the fear series alien versus predator series far cry series the Wolfenstein series medal of honour(though admittedly I never been a big fan of military shooters) and yeah I have also played the visual novel of higarashi (though admittedly not my favourite genre) but I love the anime ^_^
