@Tea I agree with you on the maturity and the purpose for most on here. I'm not really sure what your image you all on MO of me is, but I do know that my friends think I'm one of the more mature people in the group while being the youngest by two years. I like being silly and making jokes as many have noticed, but they keep telling me that even though I jest a lot, I'm never really immature in the way I do it. I confess that astounded me, becaus I was under the impression that half of the world would think of me as a not so serious, childish man @Jiko and Lenny: I'm sorry. I didn't mean to come across like that. I just wanted to show a different side and also explain to people in this thread that it is not personal. I confess that when I get tired from working on college stuff, I lose some of my tact and can come across harsher than I mean to

Also, as mentioned age =/= maturity. I've had people under 18 friend me and were very intellectual; they were good people. On an unrelated note,I'm probably grumpy because I can't get laid in a whore house with a fist full of 50s.

Y'know I used to think this, too, but we can't force (NOT SAYING YOU'RE FORCING ANYONE OR ANYTHING!!!) them to stop talking about anime or broaden their horizon. Some people are just like that! And I confess I'm curious: what other things do you like besides anime? And have you created forums with said topics?
