Your First....Anime, of course!

Sailor Moon! My first was Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid, an anime movie. Then I watched Kiki's Delivery Service. BUT Sailor Moon is what caught my interest the most. I love the characters and the obstactles they go through to get to their goals.

My very first anime was Speed Racer if I'm not mistaken...but Dragon Ball was the first anime I saw that I knew it was anime. When I was younger I never knew Speed Racer was Japaneses lol

From being a kid it was Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid and things like Thundercats (if that technically counts) then I started things like Sailor Moon, Monster Rancher, Medabots, Shinzo, Escaflowne and Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 which I had to get up at 5am for until it was cancelled lol

I think mine was Sailor moon or astro boy I remember watching sailor moon in the morning when I lived in germany right before I went to school but I dont think that what got me hooked onto anime I think I got hooked on in when I was in high school watching Lupin III on adult swim and the late night anime on the once called tech TV channel.

Not really a series but was a Movie, was Unico my first look into anime and I did not know it at the time. Then it was Sailor Moon, Pokemon, and Monster Rancher.

My first anime ever, was the original Dragon Ball. I saw it in raw japanese, rented it at a japanese place in south california. But the first anime that I seen and liked was Voltron "Go Lion" The first one I rented was Dominion Tack Police, and here and there animes
