Well, my first relationship was a bust

Well. As someone who has been here... actually quite a while... i cant remember when i mad emy account... i have to say, is that there is often not enough effort between two people... either she is trying and the guy isnt... or he is trying and the girl isnt. This is honestly based on observation and talking with my friends on here over the years. Yea, a lot of people dont use this place for love and dating despite its advertized, but you can still find people. Keep at it man, first may be a bust, but you learn what went wrong and what you are looking for and move on.

I was here in the days of the ancients. Even I had a "fling" of sorts on on here, many moons ago. Taint ruckus signs. Dun mean nuthin when it's all said and done... But, that be hope for all...somehow.

Thank God you learned not to be the nice guy. Kudos to you for having standards that have to be met. I've dated a pretty fair amount of women that were stupid, but you know, boobs. Your first relationship ended similarly to mine. My best advice is to be nice and respect the crap out of women, but don't be nice just for the sake of keeping a relationship together. Women are not the only ones allowed to have standards. I had about 3 failed relationships that I tried to make work. And many many women I dated that couldn't hold my interest for more than 5 minutes. I can tell you that you are probably going to have more failed relationships in the future, but use it as a process of self discovery for what you really want.
