New Year is already starting off chaotic as the US invades Venezuela and removes the president there after bombing a lot of facilities. Venezuela has a lot of oil. US made an agreement with rebels wanting a regime change. US gets cheap oil that they pass onto the EU. It also shatters billions of dollars of influence Russia spent to set up that regime.
