Somali and the Forest Spirit is best anime of all time!

On a whim I chose to watch Somali and the Forest Spirit and was immediately absorbed in its world. http://thenerdybasement.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/210feee262c63765bf2493b778058c6c1574082874_full.png A story about an autonomous golem guarding the natural world who on a whim finds itself the caretaker of a lost child named Somali. Humans having been presumably hunted to near extinction, only anthropomorphic beings rule the known world with their own towns much like humans before them. https://pm1.narvii.com/6435/6e8e62516b694fdabf64d9aa5a19fe5811e5ec2e_hq.jpg The golem known only as "father" at this point in the story is at once a caring dad as well as an effective teacher to the young human girl. It being much like an android from the series Nier claims to lack emotions or wanting of desires, yet the NEED to PROTECT is a clear directive in its function. The show has only just begun but if I know anything from just this first episode it promises a great adventure ahead.
