After researching what an Omegaverse was I've serendipitously stumbled upon an epiphany as to what's going on with my "self-lubricating anus."
Thanks to you, Veru, I may finally have a definitive diagnosis to bring to the specialist's attention during my upcoming colonoscopy consultation!
What was thought to be signs of an early stage cancer in actuality is nothing more than me undergoing a male form of period.
Hazaa!

Rent increases... Over $300 per month increase since I moved in. Might not be much to some, but damn. It's not like maintenance has increased or we have more amenities. I keep telling self,"The maintenance makes up for the increase.

My sister had to move out of her previous 2 bedroom apartment couple years ago because the landlord increased her's by $400. She was paying somewhere around $2,000 a month in rent as a single mother.
Luckily she found another place for $1,200, however my sister admitted this new place is bad about keeping up with repairs.
Then over by where I work they were advertising some newly built apartments for the low starting price of around 2-3 grand a month specifically for people that worked for the various warehouses around that area. Yet I laughed because the average warehouse employee is only making 30-40 a year unless they're a manager or engineer. Even then those people are making at best 60-70 which is in my opinion rather tight if you gotta be dropping nearly 3 grand a month in rent plus utilities and insurance.
Yet somehow they do manage to fill these apartments with a number of wealthy looking people which blows my mind. I was driving truck awhile back and saw a lady in her high dollar designer outfit walking several big dogs down the sidewalk of what's essentially a low income area with a highly congested industrial park. The sight to me was wild to see!

The value of my property was recently reevaluated for taxes this year and it jumped from 140 thousand to now 220 thousand.
Honestly I think they're doing that only because a new house was built across from mine in the middle of a literal swamp for $500,000.
I mean it's smaller than mine and has less yard plus the land for years wasn't used for housing since the soil is super soft and easily floods when it rains. Whatever wealthy person that buys this expensive shack in the swamp across from me is going to have an interesting experience maintaining their property to say the least.
Who knows though, maybe it'll be the actual Shrek that becomes my newest neighbor, haha!
