Yes, especially before going to bed... sigh~ late night thoughts... drowning yourself in it...

Yep, I try to stay positive always and I'm usually in a chipper easygoing mood during the day. But at night time is when I'm vulnerable and exposed to those type of thoughts. I have my family, Gf and friends, but even with that, I still feel alone. Only things that really keep me from drowning in those thoughts are my dogs.

Yeah, nights are hard. I just gotta keep myself distracted. Having no friends doesn't help.

i mean, yeah its easy to become lonely when your all alone but it gets easier when you have things to do to take your mind off things

I have. Sometimes it sucks donkey balls not having anyone to talk to or do stuff with offline but for the most part I'm used to it.
