Its kinda annoying to see "high protein" recipes that have 17g-20grams per serving when you're a big dude who needs 180 grams.

Today I found out somebody keyed my car. They took the key and damaged my licence plate, then they dragged it up and down across my bumper. My crime? Parking in public. I'm going to focus all of my energy in cursing them. Hoping that they die of drug overdose or a slow death from cancer. If they were shot in the head right now I'd feel nothing but joy. They are worse than human scum. There isn't even a word invented for malicious monsters like that person. I hope they die a slow, agonizing death.

Prejudice/Discrimination Against Neurodiversity = Ableism, Bullying, Abuse, Neglect, Ignorance, Gaslighting, Gatekeeping/Ostracism, etc.. VS. Inappropriate Behavior From Neurodiversity = Cringe, Poor Hygiene, Aggression, Blunt/Direct, Executive Dysfunction, Violence, etc..

My mom got diagnosed with cancer today and here I am crying in a gym alone. Just praying she is cured and doesn’t end up like my uncle did.
