@solid_snake95 Keep doing you. If I recall correctly, you needed some separation from your mom because you were the brunt of things for her. I recall it this way because I could relate and that's what was destroying the relationship with my mother. We just didn't do well under the same household. You aren't around much anymore, but you seem to be doing better when you do pop on. Having too much to do and not being online so much is a good thing. Keep it up, bud. Haters gonna hate.

Simile comments on YouTube bother me. They always make me think of the stupid grammar section of standardized tests. And they're not even clever. Bottom-feeder humor.

Something about getting older just feels kinda empty, im glad i can keep a good attitude and not be a bitter old man but i get bummed out thinking about the future and start questioning if i should join my folks when they die

My uncle is now in a vegetable like state right now as the doctors prepare for him to pass in his sleep. He could go any day now. Most likely on Christmas Day. My family is grieving already. They are mostly all shunning me rn thinking I should have left work to go to the family meeting to discuss plans. But I stayed up to date texting my mother.

Some people are gonna be upset when you assert yourself. It sucks. It can be quite revealing. Especially when that means you become less convenient for them. I'm happy that you're prioritizing yourself and that you've found people who value you as you are. Good for you m8
