Today I am submitting my 6TH all cash offer at the recommended offer price my real estate agent suggested. This summer you couldn't buy a house for under 350. As of now you can't buy a house under 400k. There are two cities around my work where there are literally no houses for sale under half a million dollars. Where's that housing crash I have been hearing about for years now? What the fuck is a buyers market? A "buyers market" is as imaginary as a fuckin fairy tail. Anybody who bought a house before 2020 consider yourselves lucky dodging a life long money sink hole, because you saved yourself hundreds of thousands of dollars entering this hellhole of a housing market. Just gonna continue enjoying my solitary life in this big ol 3 story house of mine with a half acre yard and separate garage with carport. That's paid off. And continually appreciating in value. *cough*

Sounds like you're trying to woe your way inside the vent. I'm comfortable in my small house and detached garage. I'm too lazy to own such huge property. It's massive work to keep those kinds of home in shape. I can barely keep mine on shape due to an intense hatred for cleaning.

With a house that big I'm sure you'll be able to get your privacy teacup. Send pics if Gabriel gets you moved in. Just keep an eye out for those "catches" one tries to pull on a good thing.

Much prefer brutal honesty. There's a reason why toxic is in front of positivity. These damn humans always saying to be more positive just cuz reality isn't always pleasant but that just dilludes us from what is going on in reality from only seeing what one wants to believing every Photoshop pic and messed with video just to twist society to what they want.
