Yeah in that kind of situation, you're probably best to just focus on yourself. But even then there are girls out there who aren't bothered by things like that - it just ultimately comes down to who you meet later in life. Too many people; both guys and girls love setting arbitrary criteria for who they date and are often very specific and strict with what they want, it's not really your fault it ultimately does come down to the person writing you off unless you have this or that. But sometimes you'll find those people who don't care about that stuff and would only want you for you - these people may seem rare they're out there. Just go with the flow and see who you run into of the way. And I think this thread went way off the rails and I wrote a super serious post because I'm not one of the cool kids. Damn.
