How much are they? Lol I don't like yelling normally but if I finally was able to yell and let it all out maybe then I will feel better.

Ironically, there's one near the mental hospital place I was at a while back called "The mad house." and it's...$20 for a 5min session!!! Aha... No... An emphatic hell no, too.lol Just yell. It won't solve anything, but it's free.lol

@solid_snake95 You will always be welcomed, and I'll be cheering you on from here. *sigh* I wish I was rich already :(. I could pay for everyone to go to a rage room as a get together of sorts...it's a very unconventional first meeting for some, but it could be fun lol.

Pretty sure I could pay someone around me $20 for the whole day to demolish broke down vehicles in their yard.lol It's just the whole "legality" and "liability" thing that makes it tricky.lol

One of my goals this year is to be healthy. I'm aware I have so many unhealthy habits, and I realized I'm getting old so I should take my health seriously. So days before my birthday I decided to get a blood chem test, to have an overview of my health. Findings: I have urinary tract infection, and my uric acid is already borderline. So the doctors recommended me some vitamins and list of food I should avoid. I was also encouraged to exercise or do sports. Next checkup is next month. And I need to have x-ray and ultrasound. #Adulting
