Drinking yourself till you pass out. My speciality. Good way is to listen to music. I tend to fall asleep quick with it.

Hey, momo, do you have someone you can maybe talk to at the moment? People talk about pacifiing thru "net flix" or "booze", but a good talk works wonders. Also, it's just nice to know that someone understands. I hope I wasn't being to personal by asking.

I really dont.. Im fighting with some der Depression s so i startend isolating myself and The only Person i was Holding onto The last 3 years left me last Werk :/..

Talking is like "Anti-Depressant" will make you happy for a day and you end up waking up all miserable again. Technically the same with alcohol anyway. Things don't go away just because you talk about it. Things that sting stay for long. Months and even years. Talking about stuff itself can bring damage, remembering the past events and if in content the person responsible for it. I personally see no difference in talking about it, doing stuff generally keeps you occupied which makes you forget about other things.
