I didn't see any yankee/bancho groups. :P I wandered too much. I just walked around and tried to get a feel for the convention center's halls. Next year I want to go to an Anime Expo party. I'd prefer it to be hosted by someone from the site. xD

we have enough people from the site that go to AX to hold our own little shindig next year!

Indeed! Aren't there other smaller conventions happening around LA? I assume PMX and AnimeLA is still goin on.

I don't think I can afford the permission or the money to go to those smaller conventions right now! :( I've never heard of those other cons! :o I would have liked to attend Comikaze, but it's held a month after I enter school! >:O No way I can balance the looming workload of my first two AP classes ~and~ another convention! And with no trusted guardian by my side in LA that month... it's not going to happen. How big are PMX and Anime LA?

well i went all four days to anime expo and it was pretty fun. would love to go to other conventions if i could but i never know the dates would love if someone fill me in with the details

AnimeLA is going to happen in Jan 4-6 2013 at LAX. Pacific Media Expo will be on Nov 9-11 2012 also at LAX. As to how big the conventions are? It is very small compared to something like Anime Expo. They both take place in hotels.

Akiraxplosion: It's AP Spanish and AP American Lit. I would have liked to take AP Calculus, but I hate math. ProudBeast: I'd like to explore a hotel-sized con! But I'm still going to be seventeen by those dates. :( Anime LA is like two weeks before my 18th birthday! >:O Wallace: Didja go to any panels? :D
