otaku room?

Lol mine is weird. The walls are light blue I have a white self of stuffies, and two posters, one piece and KHR.I have a lot of small cute things, and some old ver my little pony.

All my walls are white, except for one, which is green. I like green. One wall has a big window. In my room, there is a bed, a computer, a couple guitars, a piano, an accordion, a skateboard, a book shelf, a DVD/CD movie rack thing, an xbox somewhere, and a couple of game controllers. On my walls there is one Hsien-Ko print from Shunao, and a white board where I write down all my goals and ambitions and maybe something about how I'll achieve them. My window curtains are green and and my floor is wood. Sometimes my cats sleep on my bed. I do not like visitors in my house, save for females sometimes. There is a pair of pants in the corner that I have not picked up and put in my hamper yet. It has been there for 4 days.

I used to cover every inch of my walls in anime posters, but then I moved and thought it would be really tacky to do that again. Now I just have a few select posters I got made and framed up. I think less can be more. Same goes for figs, I used to keep my figs bunched up together and it really didn't look as good as giving them their own little space so they can stand out better. before moving in here I spent a lot of time thinking about how to arrange everything, even had to do a bit of construction. Over all I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, and I've gotten lots of complements about it from the people I've shown it to. I will say though as others have pointed out to me going all out on your room can be a good way to express yourself. Lot of people do the minimalism thing and while it might look neat and clean it can also be a bit boring.

oh yes neat and clean is good but kinda boring, and when you moved out, the posters are hard to pull out on the wall.,. being inside on your room is one of the best part of the house too specially when you got all the stuffs like donnie. Btw donnie 'Save for Females' is cool , haha

I have a limited edition production cell from Record of Lodoss War framed, a wall scroll from Cowboy Bebop, and a model AE86 from Initial D parked on my desk. My DVD Bookcase however is packed with more anime than any other media. I had more in the past but decor conscience GFs I lived with managed to whittle it down as we moved about lol.

It'll feel great once you think about getting them right? BRUH once you buy them you'll regret it because you let your weeb ass spend 30 dollars on posters. I did it, and everytime I see that ugly ass Kirito and Asuna Poster I got back in March I regret it all. Don't do it. Don't do it at all. Don't buy anime or whatever merchandise you can't use or isn't memorabilia to you. Anyways, My room is lavender and green.. I have a bed room set and stuff but in a year or two my entire room will be remodeled.
