I don't see anything wrong with being a masochist but others may just think it is weird.

there are verying degrees of masochism. my favorite was dripping hot wax. but the Sato Masochists are extreme which can involve blood letting brusing and well mid-evil torture, and it is hardly consider sex...

I wouldn't say it's weird at all. Everyone has different tastes and interests, some are even more extreme than masochism!
