Smoke? Drink?

In the philippines the boxes have smoking kills and messed up babies on the boxes in large print. They want you to know since they got that good shit lol. Kidding. Not advocating myself but if you like menthol it's a pretty fantastic cigarette. @yaasshat Those sound harsh. Aren't red called cowboy killers? Did you quit smoking? Any menthol recommendations? I only smoked 1 cigar before when I was in Afghanistan but it was laced with hashish. That was a funny day lol. I'm not even sure I'd I know how to smoke a cigar right.

All cigarettes are horrible.lol They're called cowboy killers because of the actors who played the "Marlboro man" who died. But, Black and Red is the type, not just reds which are the original. No real recommendations, they're all shit.lol You just find which addiction you can tolerate until you've convinced yourself you like it.lol Buuuuut... In the way back times, I always went between Newport (Still had fiberglass, then. Mmmm.... Tastes like pennies when I cough.lol) and Kools and the very occasional clove cigarette (Which you can no longer buy in the US.). Now? Not huge on menthol, but if I'm really craving, a cigarette is a cigarette. I did quit smoking, several times and one time it was for a few years. I don't go out of my way to get cigars, but even a black and mild is relaxing (I prefer original with wood tip.). Just don't inhale or do.lol Some are harsh and hot VERY hard while others are like a fine wine, there's a reason some people make cigars part of their identity.lol

Me smoking cigarettes was on my last leg until I tried the foreign ones now I don't buy cigarettes here in the US and wait for my trips to the Philippines. I guess being a trip smoker is better than everyday. But, it doesn't matter vapes are on my ass now and are hell of hard to quit lol. Yeah, there are a lot of old cigarettes I missed out on before they dropped the hammer. I tasted black and mild though was a cool chill flavorful smoke never stuck though. Also. fucking fiberglass that's crazy wow. At least I don't drink everyday. I'm a social drinker I only poured one up yesterday because my gf had a party yesterday for her dad in the Philippines and I caught some of the vibes here at home.

I dated women who smoked. Probably drank too, but not around me. I've never smoked and I don't drink alcohol. Growing up my father, brother, and grandma were chain smokers. I had friends in high school that smoked alongside their parents. Their parents would speak truth that almost all people that have the habit started in their teens around 15 or so and because their parents were anyway. No point in telling a child not to do something you're doing in front of them all the time, ya know. Why I never did is because of 3 reasons. 1: I watched my grandma drown in her own lung fluids until she died of stage 4 cancer when I was 9. 2: Because if I started I would not stop due to stress. 3: Addiction runs in both sides of my family along with cancer and mental illness so it's better to not start a habit that won't help my health or stress.

My dad died from brain cancer due to cigarettes. Guess my mortality ain't hit yet. He knew it would take him though same as me. I thought it was cool when he said we all gotta die some day and enjoyed sharing cigarettes with him. But, I was destroyed when he passed. I just hate that when I smoke it helps me contemplate shit when I reach a bottleneck but it's also killing me.

Recently turned 21 so I've been occasionally drinking and I either have a high tolerance or am one of the lucky people immune to hangovers
