Veru @verucassault I'm progressing as to be expected (sometimes excelling) by everyone except the people whom feel my presence is necessary for Christmas. But, that's okay.

Veru @verucassault Won't be going as often as I planned but that's okay. I'll just go for longer. They actually do like 15 mine messages on injured areas. That part of the experience is pleasant. A few days ago, the trainer I was working with forced my knee to bend. It was painful and delightful at the same time. The closest thing to doing yoga since my injury.

Rose Mommy ® @wei_ying No, it wasn’t too much you are fine. I am glad it has been going pretty well and the stretch in your knee felt good despite the pain, it does feel good when you have stretches like that XD. It hurts to stretch out the muscle but it also feels so good to stretch it at the same time

Veru @verucassault Yeah. I have quite a bit of atrophy and it seems like my leg is shorter. Or maybe it's so tight I just can't bend it or straighten it completely. I dunno. But I'm doing well. Just FYI, if you ever break a leg, the first month is a drug fueled haze, month 2 is boredom and frustration, and month 3 is when you put in effort or force yourself to adapt because that month 2 boredom really ate away at the core of your being. -_- But, you will survive and pull through.

Rose Mommy ® @wei_ying If it isn’t atrophy and just your muscles and stuff being really tight, would you look into something to see if you can stretch out your leg? I know chiropractors do adjustments on the body and can pull (like example) your leg to realign it to a normal size. I have luckily never broken a leg... but I did break my pinky toe so badly it was bent away from the rest of my toes, I fell to sleep instead of telling my parents about it XD
