SnakeePoo @solid_snake95 It can get annoying I know but as long as you maintain your weight by taking in at most 2500 calories a day you will be fine. Make sure go out three times a week and walk 3 miles.

Cutting ties @theghoulieleader I don't get enough cardio for sure that might be why, along with too much fat, protein and carbs. One dude says to up the cardio and workout before you lower the calories since lowering the calories is the hardest part imo.

SnakeePoo @solid_snake95 Its easier said than done I know BUT read the nutrition chart on the side of everything you eat and add the calories up. If it is less than 2500 you are good at maintaining your weight. If you want to lose weight then consume no more than 1000 calories and walk 3 miles every single day.

Cutting ties @theghoulieleader That seems a bit extreme honestly and you might loose muscle as well, I'd say go 1800 as long as you're staying consistent and eating only good shit. Though everyone is different listen to yourself my dude

SnakeePoo @solid_snake95 Its not too extreme as fasting. I have been doing it and I am still able to lift stuff and be strong man.

SnakeePoo @solid_snake95 5'8 and every day I do 3 miles at least. Some days 4.
